Walked in and ordered 2 peppermint Hot Cocoa Blizzards! Ayeeee! omg it’s the bomb! We loved it ❤️Trinity❤️Thank you honey luv! Merry Christmas! This place makes great milkshakes strawberry and pineapple are my favorite, and they make them good here, I just wish it was like the old dairy Queen where they made hamburgers and french fries and stuff, but all in all it's pretty good..

I've only done the drive-through, but I used it many times. It is usually fast, and workers are always super friendly, and my order is always correct.

The serving portions are inconsistent here. With the way prices are, you should get what you pay for. Then when you mention something about it the staff just ignores the issue and sends you on your way. I basically paid high prices for half the portions. I could go to a different DQ and the portions would be appropriate. Then I try to take the survey on the receipt and there is no survey number so I'm unable to address the issues in a survey.

My first time to this location. Approximately 5:30p. After realizing there was a drive thru, I decided to go thru. The employee on duty asked me to come inside, drive thru closed due to no staff to do both. Really There was 1 customer inside. How lazy can an employee be. I left & went to Burger King for a milkshake.

Bring back the s’mores blizzard, please asappppp!!! was my favorite i tried to order it multiple times in the past couple years it was my favorite i came everyday just to get it! i will pay 1000 dollars just to get my favorite blizzard back

So I’ve given this place multiple chances and yesterday was the final straw. This place is either not open during there posted hours, short staffed or the staff is just plain rude. Like doing the job they are paid for is to much for them. U order ice cream through the drive through one afternoon and the young lady asks for you want a lid and gives me one since I’m driving. (You know common sense) so yesterday I ordered a Sunday and asked for a lid the lady said we didn’t have lids and slammed the window in my face after handing me to sundaes that were somewhat melted over filled and dripping all over my car. So I get home and try to eat the sundae and it tastes like they gave me sugar free everything. So bad I couldn’t even eat it. The worst Dairy Queen I have ever been too. Which is disappointing considering how excited everyone was for them to be opening in Catalina. I understand that some people have issues with sugar but I don’t. So I would appreciate it if when I ordered regular ice cream sundae I didn’t get a disgusting half melted sugar free one. I’d also appreciate it if when I asked for a lid I wouldn’t get the window slammed in my face.
