Amazing local butcher that has almost all meat and seafood options you can think of!

I bought a Harris Ranch prime grade prime rib for Thanksgiving and everyone said it was best prime rib they’ve ever had. Just did a simple 3-day dry-brine with Diamond brand kosher salt, roasted in the oven low & slow, let it rest outside to cool, then broiled it and finished it off with a torch-sear for a nice crust. Sadly our thermometer was not accurate, causing us to slightly overcook the meat, but even then it was still so tender and juicy.

This is definitely my go-to shop for high quality meats. The owner is very nice and patient and is willing to make sure his customers are satisfied. If you can’t find the meat you’re looking for, he will try to secure it for you!

Came in to try this meat counter. I asked for a porterhouse and ended up with a T-Bone. The cut may have been mis-weighed and the cut was not trimmed, so I definitely over payed.
Otherwise, the price/lb was pretty good and the steak itself was excellent.

This place has a very friendly staff who help you get, what you want, with patience. Very well maintained, you don’t feel like you are in a meat store. I tried whole chicken from here once , and it is pretty good. There are lot of spice powder options as well . I am glad the place is in a residential spot so that people can get it just by walking there in minutes. !

Amazing small business! When I went for my first time, they were so helpful in explaining why it was fresh/ custom cut meats. They gave me tons of samples which were great but the ribeyes were the best ever! Going my second time and the owner immediately recognized me. All around great experience
