It was messy in there tonight. The associate took my order, then proceeded to take another order. The 6 other people worked on who knows what in the back while I just stood there for two cookies. There was very little frosting left so the associate just scrapped the bun for what was left. All of this and they ask for a tip now… for 4 dollar cookies. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I absolutely love the cookies and love that crumbl now does the mini cookies as well. However, every single time I order on the app every order gets fulfilled before mine, even if someone walked into the store after me and ordered at the counter. Not sure why the process is this way but it has happened to me the last 3 times I have been there in the last couple of months.

High in calories! Still a good cookie if you can handle eating 1 cookie over the span of a few days! I was honestly expecting a lot more in terms of freshness and texture though. The cookie I was given was a little stale. Staff were a bit cold - can’t blame them though with the lighting and robotic nature of the job. Overall it was okay, but I cannot justify these calories!

Ordered a 6-pack of mini cookies and they taste stale. They do not seem fresh at all, not warm, not anything very disappointed. Also didn't get my reward points on my account. The worker was nice but just couldn't explain why no points

Visited the Johnstown CO store. Very friendly employees there! Store was cute, super clean, great "happy" environment. Ordered a peanut-butter-toffee type cookie. It was thick, cake like, heavy peanut butter taste. Good! Second cookie was the Key Lime. Wow! Amazing. Again , a thicker cake like structure to the cookie...but the frosting and flavor was exactly like eating Key Lime Pie! Our favorite! Lastly, tried the classic sugar cookie with pink almond frosting. Traditionally thick (as their style) but soft and moist! These cookies weigh in at 5 and half ounces! Yup thats 5 ounces and one half! Super big. They are big enough to share with several people! YUMMY!

I take back my positive review about the Johnstown store.

For the past year I have had multiple issues with my orders and expressed my frustration to the store and then corporate. Today I went to pick up our 9AM order it was not ready and (again) I had to wait. When the girl asked for my name 5 girls making cookies in the back all snickered and said something under their breath. Let's get something straight! We pay nearly $100 per order and order multiple orders per month. Your mistakes are not our fault, and my name should not be an issue since your bakery and location made the mistakes in the first place. I would think after this much time your staff would behave a bit more professionally, but clearly they have not learned anything.

Absolutely horrified. Went to get a few cookies tonight. Ordered and the staff was spraying cleaners across the room and at other employees holding open boxes of cookies. I tried to speak to the manager who proceeded to blow it off and not even offer an apology. No nothing! The amount of disrespect to the customers by the staff there tonight was really sad honestly. Disgusting disrespectful poor customer care and total disregard for the health of others! I guess we will see how to cookies taste.
