Not sure how this store this store is still in business. Always dead when I’ve come in here.
Cookies and service are average. Cookies are huge but extremely sweet.
I'm a little surprised this place is still in business tbh. Every time I've come in here it's dead. Not sure how well business is doing other days, but today it was as dead as other days when I've been here.
Still my least favorite place for cookies, but my son happens to love it, so I am a returning customer for this reason alone.
I had a piece of the chocolate chip cookie he got and it is still just as sweet as ever.
This location does have the self check out now which is nice. And he order was done very quickly (probably because they're empty).

Tried this place out for the first time after visiting the redwood grove in the city of Brea and the cookies did NOT disappoint
The menu rotates apparently but I was able to try three different cookies (mini's) for $8.99
The selection is all made electronically on tablets and the payments are card only
I was able to try the Confetti milkshake, the Sticky bun (my favorite), and the Kentucky Butter Cake
I loved the fact that the latter two were slightly warm and that all three cookies were soft 🤗
I would definitely recommend and go back myself if the opportunity presents itself in the future

The service could've been better but since this place is basically an order and pick-up, I can understand the lack of customer interaction
Still, an acknowledgment as you walk in the door is always acceptable and shows good customer service regardless of the amount of interaction that takes place between customer and employee

First time in the store. Was not greeted, and I had an online order that I was there to pick up that was not ready. However they quickly put it together and it was my birthday the day before so they honored my free cookie the day after that was very nice of them I appreciated that very much they wished me a happy birthday and give me my purchase and my free cookie. All in all my cookies look great and I can't wait to try them. I definitely will be back to try more. And I will be spreading the word to my friends go try crumbl cookies 😊

The cookies are always great. The employees sometimes stand around and ignore customers that need help using the touchscreen order pad. I have witnessed older people walk in, not know how to use the touch screen device, and employees just watch them struggle. Other than that everything is great.

🍰New York Cheesecake (4 votes) - it really does taste like New York Cheesecake. Buttery Graham cracker flavor. Creamy vanilla cream cheese frosting. Light but rich at the same time.
🍓Chocolate covered Strawberry (4 votes) - love the rich chocolate flavor. Better chocolate flavor than the Chocolate Caramel. I like the Strawberry Cream cheese Frosting.
🍪M & M (least favorite)
🍫Chocolate Caramel (2 votes)- lots of caramel. Chocolate Fudge flavor.

Great cookies. Nice staff. Sometimes they sell out by just don't go too late and you should be okay.

Pumpkin Cake
- cake has good consistency
- good pumpkin flavor
- frosting isn't too sweet

Classic Pink Sugar
- dense but soft
- okay

Hazelnut sea salt
- not too sweet
- soft

Semi sweet chocolate chunk
- a little under cooked
- good taste

Pro Tip:
- don't go late or be wary of when cookies may be sold out

Loved it! Very good cookies - but a little pricey. We arrived there and had a 10 minute wait. We gave our order and waited another 10 minutes or so for it to be complete. Once we received it, we bit into our cookies and oh my! What yummy tastes! Definitely recommended, but be aware it's a little pricey.
