Cozy Coffee at The Orchard in Westminster is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere—plenty of seating, charming decor, and the comforting hum of a great coffee shop. Their menu is filled with an impressive variety of drinks, sweets, and treats, making it the perfect spot to relax and indulge.

We couldn’t resist trying the Lucky Croissant, filled with luscious Irish cream—it was flaky, rich, and utterly delicious. Paired with a perfectly crafted latte and a smooth, earthy Matcha Latte, every sip and bite felt like a little moment of bliss. Whether you’re looking for a cozy corner to work, catch up with friends, or simply treat yourself, Cozy Coffee delivers on all fronts. We’ll definitely be back!

This place has a ton of natural light and plenty of seating....however, you really need to show up early if you want a seat. It fills up fast and when I arrived at 10 a.m. it was already packed...so staying and sitting in was not an option.

The location is perfect for those walking around the mall, as well as, those who live in the nearby apartments. You can bring your own mug to fill! Which explains why it was so darn busy. But the staff not only keep up with the never ending orders, but they're super friendly.

With Crystal's recommendation (this lady is THE ABSOLUTE SWEETEST) I tried the White Chocolate Blackberry latte (with my choice of almond milk) and I'd give it a 7/10. The idea was there but the blackberry was very overpowering. I got a large and I haven't finished it, even 5 hours later.

The cream cheese cruffin was delicious. 9/10! It's super messy so please be prepared for that and even with the huge amount of cream cheese, it wasn't overly sweet so I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!

The veggie burrito was delicious; however the green chili was a little spicier than I was expecting. I give it an 8/10.

I also saw they have gluten free options that looked super delicious. I can't wait to try them next time, along with there different assortments of croissants.

I had two amazing experiences during busy weekdays, then a disappointing one on a Sunday morning. The staff has generally been cordial.

Each visit, I ordered a Flat White. The 1st two times it was made “perfectly” to my expectation and quality. The pastries were fresh and delicious.

The Sunday morning (3/23/2925) visit was an extreme disappointment. The steamed, whole milk was not smooth, which happens when it is not stretched, which allows the air bubbles to integrate and mix consistently. The milk was hot and too liquid.

When I complained, the kind barista remade it with more “froth” and instructed me to order it “cappuccino” style next time.

When drinking, I noticed more froth on top, but the same, thin liquid consistency of hot milk.

When I went to get my 2nd Flat White to go, I noticed a manager there. So, when the barista asked me if the redo was OK, I mentioned that it was still thin, not stretched. She told me that their Flat White is different than Starbucks. Since I do not drink Starbucks, I stated that, in front of the manager, and said that a Flat White is simply: steamed “stretched” milk with ristretto espresso shots. I did not specify the volumes of each, which also matters.

The manager, apparently unamused, dryly indicated a chart at the cashier counter with descriptions of various espresso drinks. The flat white shows steamed milk & espresso in proper proportion, but no mention of ristretto shots.

The barista was genuinely trying to please me as a customer. She made my “to go” with more “froth”. The steamed milk was not properly stretched or smooth. I cannot blame her in any way for the incorrect training and guidance of this establishment.

I left and do not intend to ever return. Since I had noted this as my go to coffee place in Colorado, I had already saved the location in my Contacts and GPS. I will now delete.

What a shame!

I ordered a cappuccino with caramel inside it. I told the person who was taking my order and she looked me dead in the eyes. When i got my order it wasn't so hot which was good but when i took a sip it tasted extremely bitter and watered down. Also half of my cup was foam. There was also no caramel in my drink. She was whispering to another person who was making the coffee with her but didn't happen to get me caramel inside?. It made me extremely upset although I'm sure their other stuff is good it really just ticked me off. The atmosphere is very good it looks like a place i would study at. But what can you do with a good looking coffee shop and no good coffee. I feel like we could do better. Also the prices seem a bit overpriced.

This coffee shop is perfect! The staff is incredibly friendly, the coffee is great and the vibe is amazing. They have free wifi, homemade pastries and a wide beverage selection! This place is perfect for working on your laptop, meeting with a friend or a group for a project

Finally there's a new coffee shop at the Orchards Mall that isn't a chain coffee house. Cozy Coffee Co., opened 3 weeks ago (just North of the AMC). It's women-owned and what attention to detail. 🩷 Wide open space, awesome beverages, great pastries, and bagels flown in from New York every other day. YUM! They are even working on their liquor license! There's also a big, solid table for groups and private tea parties. Such nice people - check them out for fresh coffee (and don't forget to order your holiday pies)! 😉 We'll be back for sure. It's not your ordinary coffee house!

Cutest atmosphere, yummiest coffee ever and best customer service. Everyone was so sweet and the drinks + food are super yummy! I've been here almost every week since they opened it's my absolute favorite new coffee shop! I've brought friends with and they also love it. Can't wait to be back.
