I felt like I was Catfished when I seen the order... delivery time was super late vs when the gentleman I called said we could put a note saying requested delivery time.. I tried to send my brother a sweet dessert for his BBQ but none of his guest got to enjoy the fruit. Order a day ahead & don't expect what you see on the website I guess... I over paid & feel ripped off.

So disappointed and feeling catfished! One star cuz that’s all it will let me do but truly this is a ZERO star review. You try to support local and get this.
Do not support them! Go to the larger companies for your arrangements cuz they’re the same price but you actually get what you order.
Despite the site making you enter your zip code so you know what is available, we got bamboozled and I was so embarrassed to see what showed up for my friend’s birthday on 12/3/24.
Additionally, not one resolution reply from them to fix this after 5 attempts through different contacts.
What I ordered was on the left. On the right is this awful item that wasn’t even half full of fruit. A total rip off and not at all worth the price.
The photo was taken immediately after opening and my heart sank.
This isn’t just a case of “Instagram vs reality” this is bait and switch and then they don’t care to fix their mistakes.
Shame on them.

I ordered an arrangement on 12/4 to be delivered right before Christmas so my family could enjoy it while visiting. Unfortunately it was delivered the next day when no one was there, even though the order clearly said 12/23 delivery. I made numerous calls and emails with no response whatsoever. I would not do business with this company if you have other choices. Their customer service stinks!

I had a food truck cancel on me last minute for one of our biggest events. These guys hopped in and sent down their Willy's Wild Wieners food truck even though they had another event the same day! Today was my grandmas birthday and I wanted to do something a little different and special for her. I was recently in Colorado visiting family and I saw this cool place in the mall so today when I decided I didn’t want to do basic flowers I gave Colorado Fruit design a call. Their customer service was really good and they said they would be able to have it done same day within the next couple hours which was a bonus because I had to do this last minute. I chose the Comforting Embrace & added 3 pineapple doves as well. Was super excited for my grands to get this! I had a family member pick it up sense I’m out of state and when I got the pictures from my grandma I was very dissatisfied with how it turned out! It was absolutely nothing like the website photos. I could understand if it was a little bit off but it literally looks like they just piled everything in there at all the same height. There is 0 layers to this arrangement like in the photos, it kinda just looks like 1 big blob of fruit in a bowl. I attached 2 pictures below. 1 of the arrangement I should have received and 1 of what I got which you can clearly tell there was no care or effort involved into what they made me. To the owner I highly recommend quality control with your employees because what my grandma received was not at all what you advertised nor even similar.

Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures but my nephew was in the hospital so I sent an arrangement to the hospital. The arrangement was beautiful and they brought it to his room! It was delicious, thank you!
