There’s a selection of some trendy things to purchase in the front of the cafe, but they also have a mini fridge with farm fresh eggs for sale. I love the versatility. I’m wishing them good luck and I hope they stick around, I’ll be coming by to do my part;)

The real game-changer, though? Their honey rose latte—it’s like sipping on a little piece of heaven. Smooth, perfectly sweet, with just the right hint of floral notes. If you’re into unforgettable coffee experiences, this place is an absolute must. And one more thing that made the experience unforgettable: we decided at the last minute to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and the barista went above and beyond. They were super helpful and pulled together a beautiful setup with whatever they had on hand, making the surprise feel extra special.

I happened to be in the area and needed a place to quick sit down and do some work. I happened to come across this place, and I am SO HAPPY I did!! What a GORGEOUS place. The vibe is spectacular, the matcha flavors are top tier and the service is so wonderful. If you decide to swing by and check it out, I promise you will not be disappointed. I live in Windsor, and now commute just to work from here because I love it so much.

This coffee shop is everything and exactly what we've needed in Greeley for so long. It is exquisite, eloquent and top tier in service. The menu items, the clean ingredients used, and the atmosphere are so impressive. I cannot wait to go back. I cannot stop thinking of the Honey Rose Latte and the blueberry pastry.

This spot is a gem. Esmeralda is fantastic and always treats us well! Some of the best avocado toast I've ever had in Colorado, not to mention the prices are so much cheaper than other options from places like Wonder Press in Boulder that is nearly double the price as cocos. Very comfortable vibe and calm and clean decorations.

Cocos | an everyday cafe + shop is my favorite spot in town! To the drinks, food, scenery, and positive energy that stays in the coffee shop is just so beautiful. The owner - Esmerelda is such a hard working beautiful soul. She makes sure every drink and plate is given with so much love. The spot alone is so peaceful, I lose track of time with laughter and smiles. Watching those around me having those exact same moments. Truly the most amazing coffee shop in town. It’s what I needed, everyone needed. Ive had about almost everything on the menu and every single drink & food is so delicious. I HIGHLY recommend 🤍
