I am so happy to have found a local butcher shop that carries all natural meats at VERY reasonable prices. The employees are always friendly and helpful and their knowledge of the products is impressive. They are always willing to cut something up if it isn't in the case and offer suggestions for recipes and seasonings as well. The quality and flavor of everything I've purchased here, from chicken breast to chuck eye steak to smoked sausage, has always been above expectation. I will continue to get my fresh meats and poultry here as long as they exist. Highly recommend!!!!

Always great. Always fresh. Customer service is top as long as you can be patient. They get to everyone, but considering the high stars they have a lot of dedicated customers who will wait as long as it takes. They are willing to take a phone order and have it ready for you when you arrive as long as there are no customers ahead of you. Friendly people. Worth every penny.

Stopped in to get some steaks for my 45th birthday. After pricing prime cuts at Albertsons, and was unimpressed with their ribeyes, I stopped here. I spoke with the owner on the phone, and he was very direct with Mimi’s answers, not rude. Some people are to sensitive. When I ask a question I want a straight answers as short as possible. I told the young woman what I wanted when I got there. She pulled out all the steaks and let me look at them and simply directed me to the steaks I was looking for. The steaks were amazing with a quality cook and no fillers. I paid an extra $10 for two steaks that ate better than any steak I have ever purchased. If you want no BS meat worth paying a little extra, these are your people.

This was my go-to butcher prior 2021 and after moving away for a time and experiencing butchers in other states, it's incredible to return and find that they still have the same incredible selection and service. I'm grateful to say that we are spoiled with this butcher and I couldn't be happier to see they are still well and good.

Best beef jersey in have ever had! Wish I could get this here in NY. Workers are very friendly and patient. Meats could not be better. Let me know when you start shipping the smoked goods

Never been here? Dont know how to delete?Question, not a bad review. How are the prices here and the quality please and thank you. I moved here 2 years ago and have yet to be satisfied with buying protein. I am of course looking for quality and price. I'm a disbaked veteran, I go to Boise a few times a month and am thinking of trying this market, locally sourced meat. The reviews are conflicting though? Can anyone give me a review please?

Being new to the area, we got a coupon in a mailer for Choice Cuts and visited last week. We were glad we did! They have a tremendous selection of meats, the store is clean, the young man serving the counter shared a wealth of knowledge as he described some of the items we inquired about, and the location is good.
We bought some BlackBerry Turkey Jerky which is actually smoked, not dehydrated. It has a very nice flavor and you don't have to tear at it with your teeth like you do with some jerky. We cubed some for our family football watch party -- and everyone liked it!
We also bought some Sliced BBQ Pork that we'll try later. It looks great with just the right amount of pink color around the edges.
Prices are somewhat higher than supermarkets; but the selection, ambiance, and family-operated feel account for the difference.
