My first visit to Chicken Salad Chick and I have to say it was amazing. Had the Chicken Salad Plate with a scoop of Egg Salad and a glass of sweet tea. Staff was very helpful and polite assisting with my order. Will definitely be back.

I was craving some comfort food and when I saw Chicken Salad Chick, I knew it would fit the bill. It certainly did!
The Kickin' Kay Lynne was SO good! It had just enough spice to make it interesting. The broccoli salad is also delicious. The lunch deal also comes with a yummy cookie! If you like frosted sugar cookies, you will love this. It is the perfect size, although I wouldn't have minded if it were a little bigger.
My only complaint is that it is a little expensive for fast casual. But it does taste like home cooking. Yummy.

Delicious! Stopped in this evening with my son for the first time. I ordered the Jalapeño Holly; he ordered the Cranberry Kelli. Both were excellent and so was the customer service.
We’re already planning our next visit so we can work our way through the menu!

Chicken salad is ok once in a while, their’s is good and tasty. I will skip the croissants for sandwiches because they are just baked bread shaped like croissants.

Update3/15/25: I like the chicken poblano soup ( that’s all get), but the last few times, there was no significant amount of chicken chunks as it had the first time I got it. I noticed the person dipping about six bowls did not bother to stir which is why there is no piece of chicken in the soup. Management, please instruct your employees to stir before every ladle dip. Service is also slow. I dropped service stars to 3, don’t let it go lower, please.

Lots of yummy chicken salad options. Fun and fresh flavors. Love the dine in and drive thru option. The grape salad with brown sugar and pecans is one of my favs. The bacon cheddar melt is super yummy. Never had a single bad experience at either locations in my area.

It was my first time there and I ordered the chicken salad BLT with a side of Mac cheese. First there was barely any chicken salad, there was one piece of cold floppy bacon and the Mac n cheese was microwaved mush. I asked to exchange the Mac n cheese for fresh fruit and the fruit was mush as well. Definitely not worth paying almost $18 (tip included) for below mid food. We went somewhere else to get lunch instead.

I will never go to the Johnstown location again. We’ve eaten at the Windsor location and had a great experience, but today we went to the Johnstown one, and that will never happen again. We were “helped” by Evelynn and she was horrible- incredibly rude, didn’t know anything about the menu, clearly hated her job. I asked her if the broccoli salad had dairy and if it was mayo-based and she said no to both. After getting home, I saw the broccoli salad has cheese and definitely looks coated in mayo or some other creamy condiment. I can’t do dairy, so can’t eat the broccoli salad. Also, the portions were tiny. I got a scoop, which was $11 (I could’ve sworn it was only $9 at Windsor) and it is maybe 4 bites worth of chicken salad. My daughter got a sandwich with her bread on the side since she wasn’t going to eat it right away and Evelynn charged me an additional $1.25 for that. Spent almost $30 after an 18% tip (which I shouldn’t have given) and neither one of us were even close to full afterwards. Go elsewhere.
