Amazing experience at Chianti's! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was incredible, and the service was outstanding. The staff was attentive throughout the meal, making sure everything was perfect. One small suggestion: it would be a hit if they left a bit more olive oil on the table, as it's very tasty and runs out quickly. Also, offering coffee would make the experience even better. Overall, exceptional!

Disappointing. I have enjoyed this restaurant for several years. We have had dinner here for my birthday twice, special occasions and tonight for our wedding Anniversary.

After ordering we waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for our food to arrive. Our server came out after 50 minutes to tell us it would be out shortly.
No offer for more bread, more wine. No complimentary appetizer. We watched as others were served who arrived after us and were provided complementary drinks for their patience. Our bill arrived in full, with no offer to reduce it for the wait time. We arrived at 6 and left at 8:20.
The food was good. The pizza looked like it came from a box and deep-fried crust.
Just Disappointing. Not sure when I will be back.

We wanted a local spot for Italian Food and found Chianti's here in Brentwood/Oakley. Can't believe we've never been to this restaurant. There's plenty of parking since it's in a shopping center. When we came it was early dinner so there was no wait in line. Perfect timing right?

We loved everything we ordered from the wine to pasta to salmon down to dessert. Love love the bread they served I think it was balsamic vinegar with garlic and olive oil? (I could be wrong). That was very good very filling so dangerous. I recommend ordering calamari for starters always - it’s my fave!

The ambiance is beautiful, has Italian vibe, romantic. They also have patio seating, maybe can have large parties. Our server was very nice and knowledgeable of the menu. I’d come her again. It’s a bit pricey but it’s worth it.

Great dinner with a friend at Chianti's Saturday evening. Everything was prepared excellently and the flavors were fabulous. I will be back once again when I return to the area.

We've never eaten here and wanted to try it so we made reservations for 730. When we arrived we were told there were no tables available and it would be about 10-15 minute wait. We decided to grab a drink at the bar while we waited. After 30 minutes we were seated. We were given menus and water. We then sat there for another 30 minutes waiting for someone to come over. Meanwhile other tables were being waited on and getting bread and food. We decided to finish our drinks and leave. We were disappointed in the lack of service. It wasn't overwhelmingly busy and there were 3 waitresses. Sad this was our first experience here, it smelled really good. But the service left a bad taste in our mouths.

Overall, it was a great place. The food was great. The atmosphere is great too.
The service wasn't all that great this time. It's my 3rd visit, and this is the first time I have had poor service. He forgot when we asked for things like butter or more bread, and it took me getting out of my seat to ask for it. I will definitely go back!

We decided to try Chianti's tonight, because Cinco de Mayo would not be crowded for an Italian place 😉 Kelly was a wonderful server and the rest of the staff was very friendly. Being a basically-empty restaurant, we got fantastic service!

The food was delicious and the value seemed to be pretty good to us...large portions! Took half of it to go so maybe could just split next time...

Kelly recommended the Chicken Gorgonzola, which was amazing (that sauce...mmmmmm 😋 sooo much flavor!)! She also said her hubs loves the Calamari Steak, which was also very flavorful with the capers. The hot bread was also amazing!

My husband also noticed and appreciated the high-quality silverware (ha, see picture!) 🍴

We would LOVE to come back and bring others with us some time.

I love Chianti's food. Great Pizza, maybe even the best in town. Last night we ordered a pizza for take out and it took over an hour and a half for it to be ready, and when it was it was a small and cold. Usually they serve a medium sized pizza, but this was a good three inches smaller, but at the exact same price. I have had really bad service at Chianti's before where I had to wait 20 minutes for anyone at the restaurant to even acknowledge me at the front. Food is really good but only go there if you have a thick skin and can handle the dismal service.
