No frills hand roll and sashimi spot. The miso soup was okay. Fish quality seemed good and I really enjoyed the unagi roll. Tasty but not sure about 5 stars. Would stop by again on a whim if in the area but not worth driving here specifically for it imho.

We have been wanting to go here for a few months and it did not disappoint. The sushi was fresh and amazing and the intimate atmosphere was perfect for a night out. I would highly recommend making time to eat here. There is no other way to eat sushi than at a bar which is all they offer. You will most certainly have a great experience!

So it was our first time dining and boy oh boy! Some of the freshest fish I have had in a long time. This place is for real sushi lovers, no specialty rolls or tempura fried anything! The service was great and we will be back. Thank you so much

I am here probably once a week! The best hand rolls and miso soup. If you want regular rolls this isn’t your spot! The quality is so great! My favorite is the spicy shrimp hand roll! All bar seating and the owner is super nice! Check it out! Take out is great too!

This place is so good. We lucked out and got to sit down right away at 6pm on a Friday. The hand rolls are delicious, we got the blue crab, shrimp, scallop, spicy tuna as well as the chili tuna and wagyu. Highly recommend

I had the good fortune of visiting Cherry Hills Sushi Company a few years ago, when it first opened. It sits within blocks of several medical facilities. For a place with a limited menu and limited seating, this sushi restaurant does not disappoint. What they offer, from chirashi bowls to sushi rolls and hand rolls, is made with fresh seafood and tastes wonderful. When I’ve taken my kiddos, they have been very accommodating and kid-friendly. The staff is friendly and eager to answer questions and serve.

I returned today, after not having been there for some time, and had a wonderful lunch. I was pleased to see that they are no longer serving the sushi on disposable plates but are using reusable and washable dishes.

They open at 11am. We walked in at 11:05 and they clearly were not ready for service. Lights off, music off, and the bar was filthy.... Clearly no one wiped down the bar (the only place to sit) after service last night. And then no one came in before the opening to clean the restaurant I've worked in the industry for years including sushi. It's unacceptable. It's fine if people had just eaten and we got seated there, but it JUST opened for the day. Gross.

Nothing like spending a lot of money to sit in someone's crumbs from the night before. Don't eat here!
