My go to sandwich spot when i come to brentwood to visit my family wish they had one in pleasanton or dublin i would definitely be there i always get the chicken buffalo would definitely recommend everything else and there fry are so good

My husband and I decided to try Charley's for the first time after seeing decent reviews!
I loved being able to order ahead of time through Google. All I had to do was go pick it up. When I got there my order was almost ready, they were just waiting on the fries to finish up.
I went around 5:30 p.m. during the week and I was the only customer. So not busy at all.
Everything looked very clean and the atmosphere was inviting. It was only a few minutes and my order was ready.
When I arrived home, my husband was so excited to try his Classic Philly, Bacon & Cheese Fries and Peach Lemonade. He was so bummed to see that his Fries was missing the best part, the bacon! 🥓
Despite that, we enjoyed everything. The lemonade tasted like old fashioned lemonade. Although, it was a bit sweet for me but not for my husband. He ended up finishing mine too 🤣
We are willing to give Charley's another try in the future but I'll just have to double check my orders correct before I leave next time.

First time here, it was a solid Philly Cheesesteak with mushrooms, peppers and Mozz. (Service/Atmosphere ++). They have signs listed them as #1 Cheesesteak Sandwich in America, but I don't think so. It was good, but there are better. It just seemed "plain". They offered lettuce, tomato and mayo - but, on a Philly C'mon, stop. I will commend the staff, this place was spotless. Food service behind the counter was organized and wiped down. Prep tables were clean, and the Lead behind the counter came out and cleaned the tables when it was slow. Super friendly staff. Cooks behind the counter were very professional, too. I'd go back just so I don't have to go to Jimmy John's. Nice job, Charley.

I bought this sandwich because I was craving for one so I stopped by the store to grab the sandwich. Once I get home, I saw a fly flew out in the box and saw this fly eggs on my sandwich 😭. my money is wasted and spend 25 bucks for a meal for nothing.

When I visited, it brought back memories of the Charlie's that was in the Antioch mall. I ordered a philly with fries and a lemonade. The service was great and the so was the food.

Food was horrible and not sure where this meat came from. It’s totally different from other Charley’s. The veggies weren’t fresh and I can’t go back. This is just terrible.

Definitely tastes a whole lot better than it looks. Looks can be deceiving in this case and in a really good way! I ended up getting the largest size and it was delicious! I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into since I had never eaten here before but it was amazing. The staff is also extremely friendly and will help you find the exact craving that you have!

First time walking in for a pick up since I usually always DoorDash. Staff was very very rude. Highly disappointed. If you hate your job please don’t work there.
