Yes, the hype is worth checking this place out! Tri tip sandwiches for my buddy and me. 5/5. Mr Carroll is one of the best humans I’ve ever spoken with. He’s amazing and this is an amazing local spot with a ton of history! I can’t wait to go back and try another because it was so good the first time around!

Amazing service and food. The owner is very welcoming and makes you feel like a instant regular. Gives good conversation and information about what is available. He definitely creates a great atmosphere and sandwich. Highly recommend stopping by. I have found my new sandwich spot but there is more to offer then just sandwiches also

Very cute little sandwich shop, my sandwich was made by Mr Carroll himself who was very sweet and made pleasant conversation while I paid. I got the tri-tip sandwich, which was more like a brisket sandwich but delicious none the less. If I lived closer I’d be here more often!

The owner was very nice and took care of me and It was my first time here! I ordered the tri tip sandwich on Dutch crunch! I live next door and never tried here before and I said you know what it’s time for me to order a sandwich here! Best sandwich ever! Made with love! Everyone in San Bruno needs to try this place out even if you are not from San Bruno and you are here in town please come visit here! You won’t regret it at all! The he owner knows what he’s talking about when he makes a amazing sandwich! I cannot express to you how much I appreciate them for there business and they have great customer service! Incredibly delicious !! This was our first time here and wont be the last ! As you can tell we started eating right away I forgot to take a pic! Lmao I advise to get the SLEEPER sandwich.
