Wow! A friend of mine suffered a loss and I wanted to send orchids within a budget ( hard to do) and I was fortunate enough to call Carola. She went above and beyond and created the most amazing arrangement within my cost restraints. She texted me a photo of the arrangement and let me know when they were received. This is the platinum standard of customer service. She does amazing work and is a kind and compassionate human being. I highly recommend her, her work and her business. She’s a true gem. Order with complete confidence. She’s the absolute best.

Five Stars isn't enough. When 1-800-you-know-who didn't have anything in the area I was stumped. I don't know the Calabasas / Topanga area so of course I Googled. I checked out Carola's website and found her designs beautiful. I called her because I'm old school and like to talk to people rather than text/email. She was so sweet. I told her I needed a sympathy design but I didn't want a cookie cutter look. She knew exactly what I was talking about. She was very upfront with me saying that her specialty was not sympathy or funerals but that she can make it happen for me. In the end, her gorgeous design was the show stopper at the Celebration of Life for my good friend (this picture does not do it justice). When Carola personally delivered the flowers she met my bestie, gave her a hug and was just so sweet to her. "Thank you Carola... Thank You" <3

Carola's slightly modified a bouquet from their site catalog for us to send for a bereavement. I'm a few states away, and the recipient called, emailed AND texted to say how beautiful the arrangement was (and how beautifully scented). They had received multiple other bouquets as well (such is the occasion) and said this was by far the one they enjoyed the most. Very happy this could bring them joy during dark days. Thank you for a bouquet so well done!

Carola’s Floral Design is the best. Their Floral arrangements are beautiful and even during high stress times, they deliver to their best ability. I’ve also used their service for my high school prom multiple years. The Corsages and Boutonnières were amazing as well! Overall, amazing service and would definitely recommend for whatever floral needs you may have. 🙂

Carola's Floral Designs provided the florals for my Malibu wedding in April 2021. Regarding the florals, Carola did an excellent job; my bouquet and the rest of the flowers provided were absolutely gorgeous, and I do feel that Carola was very attentive in the lead-up to my wedding with getting the details just the way I wanted them. However, on the day of the wedding, they were an hour and a half late for the event; in fact, they were still setting up the table and arch flowers after many of our guests had arrived. I did not have my bouquet for our first look and for most of our pre-ceremony beach photos, and in looking at our wedding photos now it would have been really nice to have had my bouquet. They had to sent a special delivery guy to meet me at the beach with my bouquet, but that meant I spent the entire 30 min ride down to the beach and the first 10 mins that we were there trying to coordinate meeting up with this delivery guy so that we could squeeze in a few photos at the end with my bouquet, and stressing out that I wasn't going to receive any bouquet in time for the ceremony. I did not receive any type of apology, explanation, or partial refund from Carola's: why on earth were they 1.5 hours late to a venue in Malibu, which is where they normally provide services? The venue was up a winding road, but I provided them written directions and warned them about leaving plenty of time for the drive up.

Great service during a tough time to get flowers. Corona and mothers day is a tough combination but Carola's Floral Designs knocked it out of the park! They kept us posted along the way and the flowers were beautiful. You won't find a more beautiful flower arrangement and their service is top notch.
