Me and my wife love chicken wings so we were like we haven’t had Korean fried chicken and it looks crowed so let’s check it out. Worst decision we’ve mad in a long time. The chicken was oily and disgusting. The batter on the chicken tasted like batter for Cod fish. It tasted like we were eating fish chicken. On top of that when I asked for a refund and told them that after two pieces it mad my wife’s stomach hurt. They said we don’t give money back Excuse me so I had to put in an incident report online for my refund. Never heard back from them. NEVER AGAIN DISGUSTING FISH CHICKEN.

They left me a message and told me to reach out! That’s a joke too. Reached out serval times with my number no response!! Again this company is unprofessional and flat out liars. They want to make them self look good. Never again!!! Still didn’t receive my refund!!!

This Bonchon is located in Brentwood on Canada Valley. I am familiar with Bonchon and I love it, so I couldn’t wait for this one to open. So, today was the day we got a chance to go. I saw the ratings and it was mediocre but I still wanted to see for myself.

This one is counter-served and had two tables inside. But they had a few outside dining. But not so ennoble because there too many flies outside. The ones I e been too had a few indoor seating.

Food: the chicken was good, I can taste the soy and that spicy flavor on my chicken and…
it was crispy as expected. The coleslaw tasted fresh which was a plus. The rest of the food was ok.

Service: it wasn’t the best service. Customer service need more training on how to approach and talk to customers. The person preparing the food was nice nice to their cashier. The food did take long, she did warn us it would take longer than usual but it took long. I wasn’t as hungry when we got out food I didn’t finish and we took more food home than usual.

I love this place! I go here every time my pet goes to vet or groomer.
The asian guy in the cashier is awesome! Im surprised he knows my name. They need to keep him and give him a raise.
Im just sad that they don’t do combos anymore.
Before they have wings and rice or wings and fries. Please return this!

The flavors were unique. The chickens crust was crunchy and moist. We ordered half/half on all our chicken. So they bring some spicy and soy sauce flavored pieces. I had the drumsticks, wings, and some strips. All was good.

The heat on the spicy wasn't immediate, it built. Wasn't expecting it, but I'm a glutton for punishment.

They were extremely busy but the server was patient and courteous. Will be back soon

Foods were 👌💯, chicken is crispy and flavor is great! Fried rice is the bomb! Spicy is definitely hot! There was a wait time but definitely worth the wait. Understandable because they just opened

PHENOMENAL chicken, great service even though the workers were pretty busy. As for the seasoned fries, I haven't had any that good in years. I plan to come back again and again.
