Wonderful service, good food, and timely turnaround. Always great when your server understands the time limits of a lunch hour! Truly enjoyed our coworker lunch. ? A shout out "Thank you" to the staff of Blue Diamond.

Nice and clean cafe with a menu that will keep you coming back. We shared the Ultimate Cheesy Fries. I had the chicken salad sandwich and a to go pineapple shake. My husband had the Monte Cristo sandwich and a brownie to go. Christine was our great waitress and very welcoming. Plan to stop next time we're through the area. Lot's of parking for cars.

This was a motorcycle trip through Arkansas west to Colorado.

Location: 3/5: Busy area, lots of traffic, especially in the afternoon and dinner time. Hard to spot unless you are looking for a local diner. We were headed to Arby's when we saw Blue Diamond Cafe at the last second.

Ambiance: 3/5: Fun and inviting atmosphere. Tables close together. No real motif or vibe going on except for old diner.

Value for $$: 3/5: We had the mozz, tacos, and cheese curds for appetizers. All appetizers were finished off promptly.
The Reuben sandwich was a hard NO for getting again..not for any price. Two of us got the Petit Jean Italian Dog...very tasty, very filling, and at a reasonable $7. The beef nachos were finished off, but would not be tried again if we are ever in the area, especially not for $10.

Service: 5/5: Awesome! Start to finish, great service.

Hygiene: 3/5: The tables, chairs, and floor were old but clean. The plates, cups, and utensils were clean. The bathroom was small and acceptable.

Cuisine: 4/5: See Value...we truly loved every bite.

Recommend: 5/5: We have already recommendedBlue Diamond Cafe to several friends, and, if we are ever in the area, we will be go back.

First I would like to say that the young lady who waited on us was very sweet and tried to help. I have been to this restaurant a few times and it was good, but my experience on 1/6/2025 was bad. First we ordered our drinks and I ordered an iced tea. It was nothing but water with a slight tint to it. The young lady said they were making fresh tea, so I asked to bring me some when it was ready. And she did. Good deal. So, we ordered an appetizer and got cheese dip. It was ice cold and the chips were stale. She took the cheese dip and I guess warmed it up in the microwave. It was still not warm. Gave up on it. So, we ordered 2 sandwiches. I ordered the Shaner which is supposed to be a club sandwich which you can pick 3 meats, cheese of choice and bread if choice. My gf ordered the monte Cristo. About that time another group came in sat down and ordered. They got their dinner before we did. Then 15 mins after we ordered, the waitress came back and asked what kind of bread I would like. So I knew it would be awhile. Finally after about a half hour we got our sandwiches. I have no idea how this was supposed to be a club sandwich. It was literally a half inch thick. I opened the sandwich up and it had 3 meats. As thinly sliced as possible. 1 slice of each meat. And the roast beef was about the size of a half dollar. You could see through the slices. My gf said her sandwich was ok but no way she would want it again. The only thing good was the onion rings. We gave up. The worst part...with a tip for the young lady who tried , it was nearly 50 dollars!!! There is no way I will ever go back. I don't write reviews unless it needs to be written. Too many places for less money to get a good sandwich! ?

We're in town visiting Petit Jean State Park. Stopped by here last night and was so impressed that we came back tonight. Last night we had fried green tomatoes as an appetizer (homemade). I had the BBQ sandwich (they cook their own BBQ-homemade) and my wife had the catfish plate. We shared a hot peach pie for dessert (homemade). Tonight we had deep fried mushrooms as an appetizer (pictured...Loved the homemade ranch dressing!!!). I ordered the chicken salad sandwich (homemade) and my wife had the shrimp plate (pictures of both). We topped off tonight's meal with the hot apple pie topped with butter/brandy sauce and cinnamon ice cream (pictured). Delicious! If you're in town, don't miss this place. The prices are very reasonable (less than $40 both nights...not including the tip), the service is GREAT, and it's a really clean restaurant.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! My family and I came for dinner and it was AMAZING! Rita was our server was so sweet and funny had everything out in a jiffy. I got the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and okra, it was fantastic!! The ice cream was also delicious!

Very good food service was fantastic Christine was our waitress very friendly and good at her job. There is nothing I would change about this Cafe, well maybe a little more parking hard to get our 45 ft rv and toad in.

The food and service here is great! They offer a good variety of food as well as desserts. The fried green beans were really good and so was the Cuban sandwich. Be sure to save room for dessert if you have a sweet tooth! Give the Blue Diamond Cafe a try if you’re in the area, you won’t be disappointed.
