I'm so happy that they serve La Colombe! My favorite blends are Corsica, Nizza, Monaco, and Montecarlo decaf which I have a bag at home. I ordered the large mocha. The cashier was cultured, quite friendly, polite, and smiled which made me smile when he took my order which made the business transaction pleasant, thank you sir! Mocha tastes very good. Not too much sugar like the other coffee shops at the airport. As an airport employee stationed at Terminal B side, I will come here for a cup and recommend to all paasengers coming through TSA into Terminal A. Black Point Cafe is the hot spot!

Went here for the smoothies and man I was happy about it. Made fresh upon ordering by two ladies who work there and serve with a big happy smile.

Even gave me a little bonus cup for the extra smoothie leftovers from their blender.

Smoothies were tasty and super fresh. Exactly what I was looking for while waiting to board my plane.

Ginger shot was bullseye as well. And pretty big. Yummm.

The counter is well designed too, just like almost everything on SFO airport.

Enjoyable place to get yourself a nice drink.

worst service ever, a guy took my order and left without further actions. The old lady making coffee has apparently skipped my order when she switched with the previous barista. When I asked her about my coffee she was really aggressive and asked me who took my order. I told her it was the middle-aged guy and he just looked at me as if I made everything up. SIR, THAT WAS ONLY FIVE MINUTES AGO. I offered to show them the transaction record on my credit card but the lady just kept bickering about the receipt. Well the guy who took my order just left for more milk to the counter right after tapping on the screen for me to pay, I didn’t expect him to lose his memory within just five minutes. The other cashier asked me to move to the side to wait for the coffee before I can ask for a receipt. I get it that they are always busy but some of the staff do need to show more responsibility or at least try to take account on what he/she has done. The young lady with ponytail was nice though, she helped with the situation.

They don’t mark price for pastries. The apple turnover looks nice, but tastes very disappointing… it was hard as stone… cappuccino is also terrible… wouldn’t recommend. Save your money and get a good coffee:)

So, my morning has been rough and the FIRST ray of sunshine was Carmen. She works here and asked me if I'm ok, and honestly, I think she made my day, early to say. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. It was fresh, toasty, and just simply perfect! When I went back to ask her name, there wasn't any attitude or anything. No hesitation. Still smiling, ear to ear. The place is extremely well lit and shiny clean.

I ordered a cold brew and when I was looking at the tablet to give a tip, she yelled at me to tip and move. I hit skip. She then yelled to the other women "no tip". When I got my cold brew it tasted weird and my receipt say "don't make". Not sure what they did to my drink but threw it out... I always tip, but this is ridiculous.
