Food not tasting good…. Double roast beef one star, Reuben one star, the kids nugget box had 4 tiny burnt nuggets, fries over done. Needs improvement in our opinion

Well, the fries were just as they’ve always been, perfect! But that roast beef sandwich was a pure disappointment. I could’ve made it better at home.

Update decided to go ba k and of course there is no line so I get pulled forward and then my rost beef and cheddar has no cheese on it. They really can't be this bad. So this is the one place you can go if you enjoy getting pulled forward no matter if there is a line or not. Also if you enjoy French dip without the dip. Sadly enough I can say I have been here 4 times over last 6 months and every time there is something wrong with my order. Being pulled forward every time you would think they have enough time to get it right but not the case at all. The food is good and would love to be able to come here more often but the frustration that comes with it really limits me. Unfortunately it does not matter what you do right if the customer does not receive what they order.

People were friendly and service was expected time wait. However, the chicken on my sandwich after taking 2 bites, was chewy, and tough. I tried to eat it but just couldn't. The fries I got were stale and old (2 other people had fresh fries.. tried mine and it was significantly worse)

I never leave reviews and I'm not one to really expect much when grabbing food after a long week... but this was really awful food. I worked these jobs back in the day and I cannot believe people would serve what I was given.

I like arbys when I crave it... but this location has consistently done this. Disappointing. If you won't serve it in your home, don't send it home with someone's family.

I hadn't been to an Arby's in years. It was good and tasted just as I remembered. Like all fast foods, it has gotten quite pricey. People were very nice.

Really can’t say much about my experiences at this restaurant because they serve very little that I care for, so I have not had a lot of experience here, however I have to say that the one thing I tried that I was bowled over by, and would be back 2-3 times a week for, was the Fish Sandwich they had a while back!!! My husband and I both still talk about it being the best Fast Food Fish Sandwich either of us have EVER had, then they made it 2 for $6 which made it even better!!! We can’t understand why they wouldn’t make it a part of their permanent menu, because it would definitely keep us coming back on a very regular basis!!! Hope this post makes a difference to Owners & Managment because we’d love to have a better reason to come back for their “Cherry Turnovers” too?

I tried the Mac n cheese bites for the first and last time. Four little balls of disgusting tasting bites, and it was almost $5. The drive thru cashier couldn't have cared less that I was there. Basically threw my bag at me and walked away.
