Es precioso, y la comida es fantástica. Ojo que los "small plates" son muy small, pero todo buenísimo. Recomendable la ensalada de pepino. Buena relación calidad-precio.

Went on weeknight and they had space in add on room at long table. Atmosphere ok for group but less so for couples. Our server also seemed to have e 3-4 tables seated near same time so this particular visit was slow, but has been awesome in past. I think the manager stepped in to take our order to get things moving.
The food was awesome, every dish. My salad and charcuterie board and side of bread, and my husbands fries and steak. You do pay for the quality of food here so we don’t visit as often, but so so yummy!

First off — they have, hands down, the best sandwiches in Boulder for lunch and overall, it’s a fantastic butcher shop.

But this review is for the dinner. We had a 7pm reservation for the chef’s counter and while we had a delayed start, the team offered us a complimentary cocktail while our seats opened up by about 7:30pm. Very nice customer service — especially Evan at the front desk who walked us through the food menu.

Our server was Anthony and he was extremely personable and genuinely kind. We had a gift card, so definitely ordered enough to take home, but everything tasted amazing! Beef tartare and mussels were sensational apps. We had the clam bucatini. And their house steak with broccoli and fries on the side. Everything was cooked perfectly. The cocktails were very innovative and delicious. If you like dessert, don’t skip on the basque cheesecake!!!

Also, we celebrated 3 years of dating (and 2 months of marriage) and they gave us a second dessert.

Overall, I’d say the food was a 10/10, can’t go wrong. Service was like a 9.75/10 (sometimes we waited a bit longer than maybe we should have, but only by a couple of minutes).

Absolutely great experience. The food was amazing and even though it was a full house, we never felt like there was too much noise.

This place is a great combination of 3. Great food, service and atmosphere. No I would have to correct my self, service is great +. Food presentation is very elegant. Meat dishes are tasteful and unique. Great restaurant to be in. Almost forgot cheesecake is 1 of The Best Cheesecake I had in my life to this date.

Outstanding first meal here. I sat at the bar, and got great advice from the bartender. Hints included an outstanding orange wine and Sauternes. For dinner I had the fresh greens, focaccia platter, chicken liver pate, and bucatini with smoked little neck clams. The bartenders and Manager were really great. It appears to be a good place for conversation with other bar patrons as well.

I had the most amazing and delicious food so far in Boulder!
Incredible service, the server was super knowledgeable about the menu and the concept of the restaurant.
I’ve never tried pig ears before, but from now on OMG, the focaccia plus the prosciutto 😍and the main course was fenomenal, amazing cut of wagyu and a delicious Rigati.
Hands down one of the best restaurants in Colorado no just Boulder!!
