We found this spot because we are from Spain and we found that he has Olive Oil, and we got one of the best experiences ever.

We went here for olive oil tasting and balsamic vinegar tasting. The different oil and balsamic vinegar really blew our mind and we ended up going home buying a lot of them. The host was very knowledgeable and explained it to us very patiently.

I recommend oil tasting with a group, it’s a fun experience.

I love this place. I eat a salad for lunch everyday and exclusively use the oils and vinegars I get from Del’ Oliva for my dressing. The quality is excellent and there are so many options to choose from. The owner is really friendly and always willing to take time to mix up different concoctions to sample. I particularly love the basil olive oil mixed with either mango, apricot, or strawberry vinegar. He sells other gourmet products as well, making it a great place for gifts too!

I love this place. Eddie and his wife do a fantastic job running the shop. They are so warm and welcoming, super friendly and knowledgeable about every single item on their shelves. Eddie takes great pride in sourcing authentic and quality products. He’ll offer you to taste as many oils and vinegars your heart desires. I’ve hosted many corporate and personal gatherings in the back room. Eddie and his wife curate a beautiful array of charcuterie platter and wines to pair. You won’t be disappointed leaving his shop. Ever!

The owner Eddie is so kind and knowledgable about all things olive oil and balsamic vinegar. We had a great time sampling so many different infused olive oils and vinegars and ended up purchasing a pomegranate balsamic, espresso balsamic, strawberry balsamic, blood orange infused olive oil, and basil infused olive oil. If you love to cook with delicious and high-quality ingredients, this place is a must!

Del' Oliva is my first choice when I am thinking about gifts for my friends and family, going to someone's house for the first time, or even corporate gifts. They have great prepackaged options but can put something together quickly as well. Eddie greets everyone with a smile and is so knowledgeable about all his products. He suggests oils and vinegars for everyday use and rotates his inventory for what is freshest for the season. He cares deeply about people and recommended many tasty and delicious things that would help nourish me during my pregnancy. The different ways they could host events is also wonderful, their space is quite versatile and he is willing to work within your price point to have a successful event.

My favorite things I restock every couple weeks are the sesame oil, multigrain crackers, affordable pinot noir, tinned fish, and seasoning salts. Del 'Oliva always has new, trending inventory so you can discover a new favorite.

I love this place! Eddie has a generous enthusiasm for food and I’m grateful that he introduced me to the whole wide world of good olive oil and vinegar. I rarely walk out with just one thing and there are always so many good options! I’m a huge fan of their olive oil-vinegar combination sampler. Wonderful gift idea and a beautiful place to start your journey. I personally love the lemon infused olive oil- completely elevates even basic dishes. And once you’re done, you can go back with the bottle for a refill- sustainable too.
